How to convert Excel to PDF

  1. Open Excel to PDF.
  2. Drop an .xlsx (or .xls, .ods, .csv) file — about 40 MB max.
  3. Convert and wait. Wide sheets follow Excel print settings and may paginate.
  4. Download the PDF. Temporary files are deleted after the job.
