How merge keeps pages intact
Merge concatenates PDFs with pypdf. Pages are copied, not rasterized. Fonts, links, and vector drawings in each input stay as they were. You reorder the file list before running the job so the output reads in the sequence you chose.
If one input is encrypted, decrypt it first with Unlock PDF (known password only). Mixed page sizes are allowed — A4 and a phone-scan page can sit in the same file. Bookmarks from inputs are not rebuilt into a new outline.
